Class Changes - Drop / Add / WithdrawalYou may drop or add courses during the first week of the semester, and no notation will appear on your transcript. MCA permits withdrawal from a course through the eighth week of the semester, whereupon the Registrar will issue you the letter grade W. After the eighth week, the Registrar will record withdrawal as an F, except in unusual circumstances as determined by the Academic Dean. Registration Information

Late advising is also available. Please contact your advisor to schedule this. An Advisor’s signature is required for ALL STUDENTS to register. Be sure to bring your completed registration form with you to your advising session. STEP 2RegistrationAfter your advisor has helped you plan your schedule for the Fall 2010 and/or Summer 2010 semester, bring the completed registration form signed by your advisor to the Registrar’s Office no later than Friday, April 2nd at 4:30 pm. Some classes will be closed so you must have alternate choices indicated. STEP 3Schedule Pick-UpTo finalize the registration process, you must pick up a copy of your schedule from the Registrar’s Office at your designated time.
