Class Changes - Drop / Add / Withdrawal

You may drop or add courses during the first week of the semester, and no notation will appear on your transcript. MCA permits withdrawal from a course through the eighth week of the semester, whereupon the Registrar will issue you the letter grade W. After the eighth week, the Registrar will record withdrawal as an F, except in unusual circumstances as determined by the Academic Dean.

Advising Day, April 2nd, 2010

MANDATORY Group Advising will be available for students at the following times:

Late advising is also available. Please contact your advisor to schedule this.  An Advisor’s signature is required for ALL STUDENTS to register.  Be sure to bring your completed registration form with you to your advising session.

STEP 2

Registration

After your advisor has helped you plan your schedule for the Fall 2010 and/or Summer 2010 semester, bring the completed registration form signed by your advisor to the Registrar’s Office no later than Friday, April 2nd at 4:30 pm.  Some classes will be closed so you must have alternate choices indicated. 

STEP 3

Schedule Pick-Up

To finalize the registration process, you must pick up a copy of your schedule from the Registrar’s Office at your designated time.

Tuition Payment Deadlines

August 2, 2009 is the first payment due date.  In order to avoid being deleted from classes, you must meet this payment deadline.  If you have questions about your financial aid, please see Lynn Holladay, Director of Financial Aid.
