SUMMER ART CAMP

SUMMER ART CAMP 2012

Summer Art Camp provides real art making experiences in a variety of media for children ages 4 to 16.  Campers use our professional-quality studios and authentic equipment and materials to make their own works of art. While creativity and self-expression are strongly encouraged, the development of basic art making skills is a major objective. Summer Art Camp classes are held in Rust Hall, Overton Park (map).

STAFF

Our instructors have a passion for sharing the joy of art making with young people.  Instructors are teaching artists with a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) Degree minimum. Many of our instructors hold higher degrees and/or teaching certificates. Most classes also have a dedicated adult teaching assistant, making the adult/child ratio no greater than 1 to 8. All Summer Art Camp instructors and staff are carefully screened and subjected to a thorough background check.
